Advantages of having an older camera

I recently explained in Spooky SZN day 1 that I got my first camera. I have been using for about a month and I have little footage of it. I am hoping during October I will use it more. One thing I learned and love is extracting pictures and videos from the sd card. I love learning more and hoping to improve my skills with cameras. This is the first thing I got from the camera. It is a 10 year old camera so the quality is not the greatest. It is still a great camera to use.
